We are living in extraordinary times. The post-pandemic world has been challenging for us, and we are still learning how to cope with it. As we enter into this year’s holiday season, Thanksgiving is, again, going to look different for many of us. Gatherings with family and friends are likely to be smaller, and only select family and close friends will probably join in the festivities. Instead of traveling around the country for the holiday, many of us will be celebrating in our homes.

In New York City, some restaurants will remain open on Thanksgiving for patrons who are looking for fully-prepared takeout and family-style dinners as well as food kits that require a little bit of cooking to let people feel they have done something from the holiday. If you plan on spending your Thanksgiving in NYC.
