NY Rent Own Sell is reinventing the way that consumers buy, sell and rent homes through the use of data and predictive analytics.
The Position:
NY Rent Own Sell is seeking an experienced inside sales person to join our growing Client Success team. Ny Rent Own Sell Client Success Associate fields inbound buyer, seller, and renter leads, as well as prospects for new clients from our existing database. The goal of the CSA is to cultivate client relationships, set qualified client appointments for our agents, and follow up to make sure that the leads close.
What you'll do:
- Mine our CRM to engage existing database leads
- Quickly create rapport with clients, walk them through the process of buying/selling/renting and introduce them to an agent
- Field incoming calls, texts, and emails to convert warm leads
- Connect with clients who have scheduled a call or an appointment through our website
- Use NY Rent Own Sell tools and tech to set tasks, reminders, and calendar events to keep yourself organized Communicate with both agents and introduced clients to gather feedback, hold agents accountable to leads, and assist agents with getting their clients on the first appointment
- Communicate client feedback on NY Rent Own Sell tech to our internal team to help improve our product
- Assist clients in solving website issues, and answering their general tech questions
Who you are:
- BA/BS from top school
- 2+ years of post-grad sales experience
- Experience in inside sales or customer success
- NYC real estate agent experience required
- Ability to quickly recover from verbal rejection and hard conversations
- Ability to sell the NY Rent Own Sell experience and appropriate value propositions
- NYC resident of 2+ years
- Experience with Salesforce
- “Go get ‘em” attitude

- Natural conversationalist with an outgoing & positive personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive spirit
