The Position:

As Ny Rent Own Sell Agent Marketing Associate, you are responsible for coordinating  and continually developing the agent marketing program. The program is an end-to-end marketing experience for agents, which consists of marketing onboarding, training, annual planning, property marketing, personal marketing, and more. Success of the program is measured through delivering timely, on-budget, quality marketing requests for our agents; having a positive, adaptable and can-do attitude, and being an organized and well-spoken problem solver.

The role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with the entire marketing team on diverse, high-impact projects while learning the ins and outs of project coordination, strategy, and growth first-hand, at full speed. The ideal candidate will be a strong project coordinator  and values exceptional client service.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate agent property and personal marketing projects from initiation to close-out
  • Coordinate, develop, and manage internal and external resources to ensure the delivery of agent marketing initiatives
  • Oversee agent marketing technology (ex. email, print on-demand, etc)
  • Ensure successful new agent marketing onboarding from review of Ny Rent Own Sell policies to ordering photos for materials to bios and more
  • Develop and coordinate agent quarterly and annual marketing plans
  • Report on personal and property marketing initiatives funded partially or wholly by the marketing department
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and marketing staff to develop standard operating procedures in an effort to streamline department operations • Develop and coordinate marketing training calendar
  • Conduct monthly marketing training for new and existing agents
  • Assist with the roll-out of new corporate marketing initiatives
  • Use and develop project management software to track all agent projects
  • Develop and deliver a weekly report of agent marketing initiatives
  • Develop and distribute marketing best practices to agents
  • Coordinate and report on weekly agent feedback questionnaires
  • Coordinate and continually develop marketing’s preferred vendor list • Assist with additional tasks as requested

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
  • Strong project coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills - adept at proofreading and copyediting as needed
  • Experience servicing multiple clients in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Knowledge of creative department processes including coordination of print and digital assets
  • Experience delivering quality content on schedule and under budget
  • Successful collaboration and communication with a variety of stakeholders
  • Thrives in an environment that requires collaboration

Bonus Skills and Experience:

  • InDesign experience is a plus
  • Photoshop experience is a plus
