Is Tribeca the best place to live in Downtown Manhattan? Or should I move to Battery Park City?

Most homebuyers feel it challenging to choose between these two regions.

Both are counted among the most desired neighborhoods in NYC. Battery City offers spectacular views of the NYC skyline, iconic landmarks like Lady Liberty and Ellis Island, Liberty State Park, and Hudson River. Tribeca, on the other hand, is one of the premier places to live in NYC, thanks to its amazing architecture, waterfront location, handy public transport, and excellent educational institutions.

That’s why it is not easy to decide between these two seemingly equally good places to live.

We understand that dilemma. Here we have reviewed Battery City and Tribeca to help you make an informed decision.

Tribeca is also known for its shopping and restaurants. The city also boasts world-class educational institutions such as P.S. 234 Independence School, P.S. 150 Tribeca Learning Center, and Stuyvesant High School. And one more thing—chances are you can bump into celebs like Billy Crystal, Gwyneth Paltrow, Meryl Streep, and Paul Bettany on any given day. This area makes your nightlife more exciting with its hottest clubs, pubs, and best music venues.
